April Battle, an industry leader skilled in Business Transformation, Customer Experience and Analytics, Change Leadership and Organizational Development, has taken on a new challenge as Director, Customer Experience Strategist at Treasury’s Assistant Secretary of Management Offices.
In her new role, April serves as the principal policy advisor to the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Management, and is responsible for the customer experience policy, strategy and implementation.
April brings recent experience strategically responsible for leading the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (previously Financial Management Service and The Bureau of Public Debt) customer analytics/measurement architecture and increasing government-wide adoption of core Treasury services in support of business modernization in support of 250+ federal program agencies.
