G2X TAKE: Beating out one other bidder, leading global professional services company Accenture Federal, providing a broad range of services in strategy and consulting, interactive technology and operations, has been awarded a 7-year task to provide adaptive maintenance services, limited tier 2 support services, and tier 3 support services for the Transportation Security Administration Technology Solutions Division’s Credentialing Systems. The task was competed and awarded using GSA Alliant 2.
- Nearing the end of FY19, Accenture was awarded a TIM Agile Adaptive Maintenance, O&M Services bridge contract after a determination was made to have the adaptive maintenance and O&M support services provided via the planned enterprise-wide TSA Credentialing Systems Adaptive Maintenance and Tier 3 Support (BIG CRED) contract and the earlier Government furlough forced a delay.
