TSA awards $201M Credentialing Systems Adaptive Maintenance & Support task to Accenture

G2X TAKE: Beating out one other bidder, leading global professional services company Accenture Federal, providing a broad range of services in strategy and consulting, interactive technology and operations, has been awarded a 7-year task to provide adaptive maintenance services, limited tier 2 support services, and tier 3 support services for the Transportation Security Administration Technology Solutions Division’s Credentialing Systems. The task was competed and awarded using GSA Alliant 2.

  • Nearing the end of FY19, Accenture was awarded a TIM Agile Adaptive Maintenance, O&M Services bridge contract after a determination was made to have the adaptive maintenance and O&M support services provided via the planned enterprise-wide TSA Credentialing Systems Adaptive Maintenance and Tier 3 Support (BIG CRED) contract and the earlier Government furlough forced a delay.   • The company has been investing in capacity, acquiring Symantec’s Security Services Unit from Broadcom, expanding Accenture Security’s managed security services offerings and capabilities, and adding more than 300 employees around the world to the group; and growing investment in Government IT Modernization with its Enhanced Digital Studio.
