US Coast Guard issues RFI for IT Support Services for Field Activity Case Tracking System


The US Coast Guard (USCG) has issued an RFI for IT Support Services for Field Activity Case Tracking System (FACTS). The USCG Investigative Service (CGIS) utilizes the online, FACTS that provides full capability for storing/sharing law enforcement investigative information including physical security, anti-terrorism/force protection (AT/FP), protective security information and case data across the enterprise. The CG Civil Rights Directorate (CRD) maintains its Anti-Hate and Harassment Incident (AHHI) case file information within the same information system utilizing logical file access and authorization security. The system supports performance metrics analysis within CGIS and CRD operations and other Coast Guard missions.

USCG has a requirement to obtain ongoing software maintenance, system sustainment, and system refinement support services for the system licenses associated with both the CGIS and CRD system functionality. The base requirements include the areas of software maintenance, system sustainment (maintenance and upgrades), offsite system management support, onsite system support, and information assurance documentation.

The period of performance is one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
