“The Contractor shall perform gap analysis, determine business requirements, identify organizational changes, plan roadmaps, and provide execution management to modernize legacy information management systems and technology to service oriented architecture (SOA). The Contractor shall facilitate information sharing between CSPs and implementation teams, assist with the development of documentation, such a program management plans, business case analyses and requirements documentation. Additionally, the Contractor shall support performance of the following tasks under this requirement:
