USDA OIG recruits familiar face as new IT Chief

G2X TAKE: Rising IT exec John Trifiletti, who spent the past two decades in information technology, with time spent leading the Application Development and System Support Branch for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, has recently taken on a new role as the USDA Office of the Inspector General IT Director. In this capacity he will be responsible for providing secure, stable, and standardized IT Services to OIG. We are certain more than a few will be reaching out early and often to offer congratulations and support in his new role. 

Prior roles include: 

  • Chief, Application Development and System Support Branch – USDA 
  • Chief, Technology Futures – Joint Service Provider 
  • Chief, Technology Futures – US Army ITA 
  • Chief, Implementation Branch – Information Management Support Center
