4.1 The USDA purchased 30 Maximo Asset Management support subscriptions to support the engineers while on site visits and other duties related to engineering requirements. This software must remain usable with the newest features and latest software updates in order to provide the most accurate and reliable information for current and future use for daily engineering requirements.

5. Performance Objectives:

5.1 New software uploaded to devices within 5 working days of release of software.
5.2 Electronic software upgrade is acceptable means to provide upgrades.
5.3 Technical issues resolved within 48 hours of contacting contractor for support.
5.4 Maximo Asset Management working and fully functional 98% of the time…”
