G2X TAKE: Beating out 10 other bidders, 8(a) and EDWOSB Halvik, who provides end-to-end software and management solutions, from design and development to O&M, has been awarded this 5-year $9M contract to support the NOAA Fisheries Office of the Chief Information Officer. This infrastructure support services contract was competed as a woman-owned small business set-aside using GSA IT-70.

- In 2016, the company acquired SP Systems Inc., a provider of scientific research, engineering, data analysis, near real-time satellite data processing, algorithm development, and instrumentation to the Federal Government whose customers included NASA, NOAA, and DHS.
